ALBAY GOVERNOR ROSAL EMPHASIZES HOSPITALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM AMONG CAPITOL EMPLOYEES

Legazpi City, Albay – During the flag-raising ceremony held on Monday, October 6, 2025, Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal addressed provincial capitol employees, stressing the importance of creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
 
Governor Rosal highlighted the need for employees to be accommodating and hospitable, emphasizing that their offices should be treated as a "home" where visitors are well-received. He stated, "We must entertain well those who enter our offices," urging employees to be consistently welcoming and helpful.
 
The Governor also underscored the importance of maintaining a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. "Employees must be hospitable at all times," he said, "they must always wear their smile, even if they're angry."
 
To further enhance the skills of frontline employees, Governor Rosal announced that he had already discussed with the Human Resources department the implementation of relevant seminars. These seminars aim to equip employees with the necessary tools to provide excellent customer service and effectively manage interactions with the public.
 
In addition to fostering a hospitable atmosphere, Governor Rosal emphasized the importance of professionalism. He reminded all employees to wear their identification (ID) cards at all times, stating that it contributes to a professional image and enhances the public's trust in the capitol's services.
 
Governor Rosal's speech reflects the Albay provincial government's commitment to providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to its constituents. By prioritizing hospitality and professionalism, the governor aims to create a more positive and productive experience for both employees and the public they serve.
