Rosal regarding a potential land title issued to Sunwest Corporation.   In a letter dated October 16, 2025, Atty. Denbie S. Talan, Acting Register of Deeds II for the Province of Albay, informed Governor Rosal that upon checking, the registry does not have any entries whatsoever for Lot No. 7745.
