Over 36,500 Individuals Evacuated in Albay Due to Tropical Storm "Ramil" LEGAZPI CITY, October 18, 2025 – In response to the approaching Tropical Storm "Ramil," Albay province has conducted a partial evacuation, with a total of 11,725 families or 36,531 individuals seeking shelter as of 5:00 PM today.   The evacuation efforts spanned various Local Government Units (LGUs) within Albay, with Polangui reporting the highest number of evacuees, sheltering 5,820 families (15,456 individuals). Malilipot also saw a significant number of residents moving to safety, with 2,422 families (8,158 individuals) in evacuation centers.
