Bacacay Prepares for OPLAN Kaluluwa 2025

Bacacay, Albay – The municipality of Bacacay is gearing up for OPLAN Kaluluwa 2025, a comprehensive security and safety plan to ensure a peaceful and orderly observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day. The operation will run from October 30 to November 2, 2025.
 
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Bacacay, led by SFO4 Rene Ray Antiga, will be deployed in Barangay 6 Poblacion and Barangay Bonga to provide fire safety and emergency response services.
 
In addition, the Bacacay Municipal Police Station (MPS), headed by PMAJ Niño Aquiatan, will implement heightened police visibility through the "Ligtas Undas 2025" program. Police assistance desks will be set up in Barangay 6 Poblacion, Barangay Cabasan, and Barangay Bonga on November 1 and 2 to assist the public and maintain peace and order.
