 Legazpi City, Albay – During the "Report to Albayanos" event marking the first 100 days of Governor Noel E. Rosal's administration, Vice Governor Farida S. Co delivered a welcome message that highlighted the governor's significant strides in healthcare. The event, held to update the public on the administration's progress, saw Vice Governor Co commending Governor Rosal for his dedication to ensuring the functionality of provincial government-run hospitals.
 
In her address, Vice Governor Co emphasized the importance of accessible and efficient healthcare services for all Albayanos. She specifically praised Governor Rosal's efforts and programs aimed at improving the operational effectiveness of hospitals under the provincial government's jurisdiction.
