DPWH Albay 1st DEO to Launch Motorist Assistance Center for Undas 2025

 Santo Domingo, Albay – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Albay 1st Engineering District will activate its Motorist Assistance Center (MAC) starting October 31, 2025, to provide support to travelers during the Undas season.
 
In an exclusive interview with Bicol Net TV, PIO Allan Imperial of DPWH Albay 1st Engineering District announced that the MAC will be located in Barangay Lidong, Santo Domingo, Albay. The center will operate from 8:00 AM on October 31 to November 2, 2025.
 
The MAC will be staffed by a dedicated team composed of engineers, auto mechanics, and first aiders, ensuring round-the-clock assistance to motorists. The team will be available 24 hours a day to provide services such as minor vehicle repairs, first aid, and traffic information.
 
"Our goal is to ensure that travelers have a safe and convenient journey during Undas," PIO Imperial stated. "The Motorist Assistance Center will provide immediate assistance to those who may encounter vehicle troubles or require medical attention."
 
Motorists are encouraged to take advantage of the services offered at the MAC in Barangay Lidong, Santo Domingo, Albay, to help ensure a smooth and secure trip during the Undas period.
