Bicol University Shines in October 2025 Mining Engineers Licensure Exam
 
Legazpi City, Philippines – Bicol University (BU) has made a strong showing in the recently released results of the October 2025 Mining Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination. Four graduates from BU-Legazpi secured spots in the top 10 list of highest-scoring examinees.
 
Harvey Moraleda Rosin led the Bicol University passers, securing the 2nd spot overall with a rating of 88.55%. Following closely behind was Jan Enry Obar Rumbaoa, who shared the 3rd spot with 88.25%. Nathalie Jewel Medalla Marcial ranked 4th with a score of 87.80%, and Atilla Jean Bermundo Imperial placed 8th with 87.55%.
