Lagman Inaugurates New Court, Bombales Leads Health Mission in Bacacay
 Bacacay, Albay – October 18, 2025 – In a bid to promote community health and active living, Albay 1st District Congresswoman Krisel Lagman led the inauguration and blessing of a brand-new covered court constructed during the incumbency of Gov Grex Lagman in Barangay Napao, Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay. The event was highlighted by a concurrent medical and dental mission organized by the  LGU Bacacay headed by Mayor Nookie Bombales in cooperation with Albay Provincial Health Office, reinforcing the interconnectedness of physical infrastructure and healthcare.
 
"A community that stays healthy and active is a community that thrives," Congresswoman Lagman remarked during the ceremony, emphasizing her commitment to holistic community development.
 
Key Initiatives:
 
- State-of-the-Art Covered Court: The newly constructed covered court is designed to serve as a versatile hub for sports, recreational activities, and community gatherings, encouraging residents to embrace an active lifestyle.
- Medical and Dental Mission: Complementing the infrastructure project, the medical and dental mission offered vital health services to the residents of Napao, Bacacay, ensuring access to essential healthcare.
