DARAGA LGU HOLDS "IDEAS IN MOTION" RESEARCH COMPETITION FOR STUDENTS

Daraga, Albay – The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Daraga is currently holding the "Ideas in Motion: Research Competition" today, September 29, 2025, at the Mayor's Conference Room.
 
The initiative aims to provide an opportunity for students in Daraga to showcase their research studies and innovative inventions.
 
Aside from highlighting student research, the activity also serves as a means for the local government to encourage youth participation and expand their knowledge in scientific studies and problem-solving skills.
 
Student-researchers participating in the event come from Daraga National High School, Malabog National High School, Bascaran National High School, and Anislag National High School.
 
In his message, Mayor Victor U. Perete expressed his hope that the activity will inspire students to further strengthen their dedication to learning.
