JBDAPH SET FOR NOVEMBER 26 OPENING, GOVERNOR ROSAL CONFIRMS DURING INSPECTION

ALBAY PROVINCE – The much-anticipated Josefina Belmonte Duran Albay Provincial Hospital (JBDAPH) is set to officially open its doors on November 26, 2025, Governor Noel E. Rosal announced today during a comprehensive inspection of the facility. The provincial chief expressed confidence in the hospital's readiness, highlighting the significant progress made towards its operationalization.
 
Governor Rosal, accompanied by local officials and health representatives, personally toured the new medical facility, emphasizing the provincial government's commitment to enhancing healthcare services for Albayanos. "Our target date for the opening is November 26, and we are working tirelessly to ensure everything is in place," Governor Rosal stated, underscoring the importance of the hospital to the community.
 
Initially, the ground floor and the second floor of the JBDAPH are slated to commence operations. These sections are crucial for providing immediate medical attention and essential services to patients. The grand opening is expected to be graced by the presence of Secretary of Health Teodoro Herbosa, whose attendance would signify national government support for the provincial healthcare initiative.
