Albay Barangays Receive Assistance Packages from Provincial Government
 Legazpi City, Albay – In a move to bolster local communities, the Provincial Government of Albay has distributed assistance packages to 720 barangays across the province. The aid includes essential materials and equipment aimed at improving infrastructure and public services at the grassroots level.
 
Beyond the provision of 100 sacks of cement per barangay, the assistance packages also contained solar lights, monoblock chairs, jetmatic pumps, paint, and medical supplies. These resources are intended to support various community projects and address immediate needs within the barangays.
 
Barangay officials have expressed their gratitude for the support. Kapitana Xenia Priagola of Barangay Ramay in Oas, Albay, stated that the assistance would be a significant boost for her constituents. "Dakulang tabang para sa saindang mga constituents an nasabing bagay," she said, emphasizing the positive impact the materials would have on the community.
 
The distribution of these assistance packages underscores the Provincial Government's commitment to empowering barangays and fostering sustainable development throughout Albay. By providing essential resources, the initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for residents and support local governance efforts.
