Albay Provincial Government Provides Cash Assistance to Persons with Disabilities

The provincial government of Albay, under the leadership of Governor Noel Rosal, has distributed cash assistance to 226 persons with disabilities (PWDs) as beneficiaries of a key provincial program. The initiative aims to provide financial support to PWDs, recognizing the unique challenges they face and contributing to their overall well-being.
