JBDAPH Outpatient Department Now Operational, Governor Rosal Announces
 
LEGAZPI CITY – Albay Governor Noel E. Rosal has announced the operational status of the Outpatient Department (OPD) at the Josefina Belmonte Duran Albay Provincial Hospital (JBDAPH).
 
In a recent statement, Governor Rosal expressed relief and optimism, stating, "Operational na out patient dept (OPD) ng JBDAPH .. maluwagluwag na tayo." This translates to "The Outpatient Department (OPD) of JBDAPH is now operational... we are more relieved."
 
The opening of the OPD is expected to ease the burden on the hospital's resources and provide more accessible healthcare services to the community. However, Governor Rosal also noted that there is still a need for medicines to fully support the patients.
 
"Kaipuhan lang medicine pa para sa kanila din," Governor Rosal added, emphasizing the ongoing need for medicine supplies. This translates to "We still need medicine for them."
 
The Governor's announcement signals a positive step towards improving healthcare access in Albay. The local government continues to work on ensuring that the JBDAPH is well-equipped to serve the medical needs of its constituents.
