During the inauguration, Governor Rosal assured the public that the provincial government has coordinated with PhilHealth to implement zero balance billing for patients admitted to the hospital's wards. Looking ahead, Governor Rosal also announced that essential health workers at the JBDAPH can expect a salary increase in the coming year. This commitment reflects the provincial government's recognition of the vital role played by healthcare professionals and its dedication to supporting their well-being and professional development.
