Santo Domingo, Albay Extends Mobile Charging Aid to Bacacay

 In a gesture of solidarity and support, the municipality of Santo Domingo, Albay, has extended a helping hand to the neighboring town of Bacacay by providing free mobile charging services on wheels. This initiative, spearheaded by Santo Domingo Mayor Bong Banda, aims to alleviate the challenges faced by Bacacay residents who are still grappling with power outages in the aftermath of recent calamities.
 
The mobile charging service is particularly crucial in areas where electricity supply has yet to be fully restored. Recognizing the vital role of communication in disaster recovery, Mayor Banda mobilized resources to ensure that residents can keep their mobile devices powered, enabling them to stay connected with family, friends, and essential information.
 
The initiative has been met with gratitude and appreciation from the people of Bacacay, who have been struggling with limited access to electricity. The free mobile charging service has not only provided practical assistance but has also brought a sense of relief and hope to the affected communities.
 
Bacacay Mayor Nookie Bombales expressed her heartfelt thanks to Mayor Banda and the municipality of Santo Domingo for their timely and generous assistance.
