Truck Retrieval Underway in Ligao City Following Roadside Accident

Ligao City, Albay – Following a recent tragic vehicular accident in Camalig, Albay, another incident occurred when a truck fell along the roadside in Brgy. Nasisi, Ligao City. The Provincial Engineering Office has launched retrieval operations to remove the vehicle and ensure public safety. The truck, which was loaded with mineral water, reportedly plunged off the road early Thursday morning.
 
Authorities immediately initiated retrieval and clearing operations to mitigate potential risks to motorists and restore normal traffic flow in the area. The Provincial Engineering Office is working diligently to safely remove the truck and its cargo.
 
The incident comes on the heels of a deadly crash in Camalig, Albay, where a truck and van collided, resulting in 11 fatalities and 3 injuries. The recent series of accidents has prompted increased vigilance among local authorities and heightened awareness among residents regarding road safety.
 
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the Ligao City incident. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation and clearing the site to prevent further accidents and ensure the safety of the public.
